fastkia, thanks for replying. Could you give me a little more detail on this? When you say jump the two terminals are you referring to making a connection between the #5 & #17 fuses? Turn key on to Acc position or engaging the starter?

#5 and #17 on the 20 pin connector that's attatch to the radiator support by the battery (on the left side on engine compartment) turn key on engine off.
If you need me too I will scan a copy on the whole precidure with details. Also remeber that if your van didn't come with RKE it won't work, but, you can buy the ETACS for the ex with RKE and add the couple of fuses missing from your fuse box under the hood and have factory RKE. "I must add this for whatever purposes" the marks that is.

Thanks for the detail, I will take a look at it in the next couple of days. If I have any problems I will be sure to post questions.
Thanks again!

Fatskia,
I am looking on the left side and think I see a 20 pin with a label of diagnostics. Is that what you are referring to? When I open it up, there are 20 "female" connections for the OBD2 I assume since it is labeled diagnostics. NOt all of these female connections seem to have electronic connection in them. And no matter how I count, rt to left or left to rt, number 5 and number 17 do not both have an electrical connection inside that slot. Can you PM me with the scanned instructions?
Thanks again!!!!
