Perform the fuel pressure release procedure. Remove the fuel injection supply manifold. Remove the (A) bolt and the (B) Camshaft Position sensor (CMP sensor). It is located at the back side of the cyl. head, just below the valve cover, on the driver's side. It's close to the coil pack. Jet-Lee 01-03-2005, 10:11 AM look at the backside of the engine, a little past cylinder 4's injector..... P.S. - 1998 has a 2.0L, SPI=SOHC, Zetec=DOHC vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
