A week ago my '03 Malibu almost died on me while driving home from work. It had a rough idle and it made a very loud knocking sound when I would accelerate. The problem was that it had 38,000 miles, just barely exceeding the 36,000 mile warranty. I had the car towed to the dealer on New Year's eve. I told the dealer no car with such low miles should have this problem and they actually agreed. They found a broken valve spring and replaced it and installed a new valve cover gasket as well. This was all done under a "Customer Satisfaction" policy. I was very surprised they worked with me and they kept me as a current and future customer. It's nice to know some GM dealerships still care.

Not too many positive reports these days. Only wish we could find a dealer like this in our area. Pretty bad around here I'm afraid. Local Chrysler dealer is still well regarded and that's about it.

I agree, its nice to know some dealerships still care about their customers. Fortunatly I also have a good Chevy dealership that has earned my future bussiness.
