I have a problem with my explorer, the clutch is slipping. Its not burned out yet but its getting there,I dont know how to adjust it so that it will grab better.the cluch pedel is stiff,it hasnt fallin to the floor it stays up so i know theres not a leak somewhere.it shifts without a problem, i can go from first gear to reverse over and over without a problem(while holding the clutch pedel down a half inch from the floor board)and it dosn't grind at all so i dont think its worn.im not sure if the clutch plate is still dry cause i dont wanna remove the transmission just yet.like i was saying the cluch pedel is stiff like it has to much back pressure and im told that its suppossed to go down about an inch and a half or so before i feel pressure. If anyone knows how to fix that i would love to know.oh ya its a hydrolic clutch

thanx alot flatire
