a friend of mine bought a 96 teg with a cva 1006 mounted in the dash( why i dont know) in front of the passenger, in exchange for my help with replacing the dash(wire harness was hacked up) he going to cut me a deal on the deck,brain box and the rca's power/ground wires and misc. stereo crap we pull out of it... so what is a used cva 1006 worth???

Out of curiosity, what is a cva 1006??? and whatever it is why doesn't he want it?

it a deck with a 6.5 inch monitor that just am/fm, but with a brain box to add 3 outputs and 2 inputs.... look on ebay there are quite a few on there...... and he doesnt want it because it has a regular alpine deck in the regular location and hes not much for stereo crap anyway...

I see used CVA 1006's go for up to $600 on ebay. I have seen them go for as little as $150. Depends on the condition and if it is complete. I used to have one. Loved it back in the day. What do you want for it? I may buy it if its for sale

I dont know how it was done but the unit had to be minipulated to take a dvdplayer

thru the brain box that come with it...
