Just wondering.... i know Uberdata can only be used with OBDI, are they planning on making it compatable with OBDII??? Because now i have a delema.... my 93 civic ex is gettin its b18c1 out of a 2000 GSR next week, and they were goin to re-wire the car for obdII, this means i would need the O2 Sim, so i dont get a CEL.... but if i get a OBDI to OBDII harness i dont need to convert and can use UBERDATA to tune my car... which would you guys do??
oh ya, more info on my car..... the motor was built for turbo and to be a track car, but i also want to drive it on the street... the motor was built to handle 800hp.. although ill may keep it at 600... right now im just saving for the nasty turbo i want... and dont worry pics and specs should be up when i get my car back mid to late Jan...

either way, looks like your going with the obd1 p72 anyways. If your comfortable with tuning the uberdata yourself, then go uberdata.
If your not, then stay hondata (more support).

no, i was goin to buy a stand alone engine management for odbII if i re-wired the car. but if i stayed odbI i was goin to just use Uber.

Why would they re-wire your car for OBD2?
Tell them to just put in the swap and attach all the sensors to the wiring harness in your car as-is (all connectors are the same except maybe the IACV).
Then just run an OBD1 P72 ECU or find a P28/P30 and chip that to run Uberdata.
Changing over the wiring harness is a complicated, messy and often troublesome ordeal.

hondata and uberdata will still require the obd1 p72. unless you plan to go AEM.

Running the P28 or P30 instead of the P72 will result in losing the secondary intake runner.
