I can't guarantee every part, but many parts interchange. The Chevrolet Nova was a Toyota Sprinter, a version of the Toyota Corolla sold only in Japan. The Chevrolet Nova (1985-1988), Geo Prizm (1989-1996), and Chevrolet Prizm (1997-2002), were all built on the same Fremont, California, assembly line as the Toyota Corolla.
