Maybe I'm not looking hard enough so it already exists, but what about a "driving tips" style forum section?? Where peopls can give tips about launching techniques, shifting techniques, drifting and even guides to e.g. learning to drive a manual transmission - I'm sure you get the idea.

It already exists.....try looking in the racing section.
