HELP!!! I accidently cut my vtec signal wire on the ecu beacuse i was trying to install a vtec indicatior light and i put the clip on and clamped it and the wire wasnt in the right spot and it cut the wire. Me and my friend soldered it back for now. Any suggestions on what to do?

you did exactly what you should do. put some electrical tape or that heat shrink stuff on it and itll be as good as new
