What are some good websites for the ion redline aftermarket? Is there and staged upgrades like with the srt4?

at this point the 2.0L SC Ecotec is a little too new for the aftermarket, but give it time, those high performance parts will be available in no time.

A better supercharger, the one for the redline is near maxed. The 2.0L can handle more power, but the supercharger is holding it back.

It is. Once you set that, then you can mod the redline further. Information read from Saturnfans.com in the performance section.

I just thought about this. When I buy my 2005 Saturn Ion Redline, wait a few years and save money. When I'm complete, I swap engine to a Ecotec Stage 2 Engine. Could this be possible?

I never understood the use of the SC. The Saab 93 Uses the same 2.0 EcoTec but has a Turbo running about 14 psi boost and makes about 220bhp, and this is said to be conservative. I would go with this as it would be stock GM parts. Then you can get a boost controller and wind the boost up until you get about 18 out of the stock turbo as that's about it's limit and then you'll be looking at the satanic side of 250hp!

Most of the Red lines are getting 200-215 to the wheels on a dyno. For about 700 bucks, you will soon be able to crank the boost up to 18psi with a pully and some other goodies thanks to the good folks at http://www.psifimotorsports.com/ which looks like it might yield 250 ++ to the wheels. They're also working on a twin charger system for it like they did for the Cooper S. There will be a very powerful aftermarket.

One redline owner raced a psi-fi redline at 18 psi one day. He said that the psi-fi redline put 6 car lengths on the stock redline. That's a powerful upgrade! There's still more to go.
