94 LeSabre heater controlTodd1974 12-28-2004, 11:25 AM I have a 1994 LeSabre and the heater control will not switch out of "Heat" mode. Also, it appears that the rear defroster does not work. Is this just a faulty heater control panel or could there be something else causing this? Thanks a lot, Todd keithchevy 01-11-2005, 09:49 PM i am having the same problem some times heat comes on all bye it self Sydni 01-13-2005, 11:55 AM Ya, I have a 95 lesabre and the component that swithes from heat to air does not work. To replace it would cost a lot so for now I just have it stationed at "heat". It is found behind the glove compartment and is easy to switch over to air, when the need arises. Sydni 01-13-2005, 11:57 AM My rear defrost doesnt work either, apparently it just needs a fuse replaced, but I cant find where the fuse would be! buicks=oldguycar 01-21-2005, 08:53 AM My rear defrost doesnt work either, apparently it just needs a fuse replaced, but I cant find where the fuse would be! I have a 93 Lesabre and there's a fuse panel under the dash on the passenger side [behind the plastic cowling under the dash...stupid place for fuses! ]. You might want to try there...I think they mention it in the owner's manual, but I'm not sure. You may also have a hairline crack in the supply line to the rear defrost [actually on the window itself, even if there's no crack in your glass...] These are supposed to be easy to repair, but I've never had to do one...:) Good luck! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
