grill and headlight swapB-Man 12-27-2004, 05:07 PM I have a 95 Sonoma V6 Single cab long box, and was wondering if the headlights and grill from a 2000+ sonoma will just bolt up? also I plan on lowering the truck after the winter so if theres any sites that have kits avaliable, or a interchange guide site where I can swap parts from a 2000+ sonoma to my truck, I want to find out if I can also swap the dash from a 95 to a 2000+ sonoma, anyone with info on such things would be a big help. BlazerLT 02-01-2005, 03:25 AM yes, you can swap front end by you will need the supports and everything. No, you cannot swap a 1995 dash into a 2000+. Why the hell would you want to do that? rlith 02-11-2005, 10:29 AM Obviously he meant swapping the 2000 dash into the 95... Yes, it can be done...Some rewiring of the harness at the gauge cluster will be needed as well as the ABS system (the drivers side bag will be disabled unless you also swap in the body harness, the newer ABS module and the 2 additional side sensors) For the front end swap, you will need the following Grille Lights Core Support And pigtails depending... If you have the 95-97 composite lights you won't need the pigtails. If you have the recessed lights you will need the pigtails. How about you read before you arrogant dismiss my advice. rlith 02-12-2005, 06:25 AM Such a typical response.. BlazerLT 02-12-2005, 01:31 PM So, there was no attitude in your first replay?
