2000... 4X4 on the fly?sinfull90 12-27-2004, 11:34 AM should i be able to pull my 4x4 shifter into 4x without stopping... i think i used to be able to drift her into 4x4 at any speed (well under 90kmh) but now i have to stop... just wonderin if it's my mind or my truck messin with my mind :) i know about the 4 low and stopping and all that stuff but i have to stop to put it in 4 high... any buddy know? skipr 12-27-2004, 02:05 PM I can shift into 4HI at any speed. As for 4LO, the trans should be in neutral and ideally you would be rolling at 2-3 mph. Manual t-case, by the way.
