My 2000 Convertible recently had a flat battery. After it was charged the dashboard & radio lights didn't work and the horn didn't 'parp' when the car is locked (although the horn itself still works).
I thought it would be a fuse but they all check out fine.
Does anyone out there have any ideas?
Thanks

sounds like the Body Control Module that controls the output of the dash lights is acting up. As far as the horn chirp, see if you can reprogram that; your owners manual gives you instructions on that. If not, it could be your remote keyless entry module that's also acting up.
