94 Camry Engine System Warning Light (Aus)

My dad and I are planning on fixing whatever problems I need to repair, recently my 94 Camry Auto 4 cylinder had this light appear.

I was driving home from work when it came on, later dad started the engine and it cut out several times before suddenly working without drama. Everytime we get in, we have to start the engine about 4 times before it stops cutting out, sometimes it just idles and it won't rev up and loses power. I even nearly stalled it waiting at a stop sign.

The owner manual says we should take it to a dealer, but we would like to avoid this, however we are unsure of how to reset this light (if possible) so help on that would be very much appreciated to.
