ok, i was just driving this ranger down the road. let's go throught he checks.

-had good oil and oil pressure, ran it for about 15 min. b4 problem occured,

it's A 99 RANGER ext cab with a five speed. it just locked up while driving. engine seized. no lifters clattered, no knocking, no oil pressure warning light, it just plain stopped. does anyone know what happened. please respond. 3.0L V6.

well? crankshaft could have snapped,trans parts could have broke. must dissasemble. could be anything timing chain break and send valves into pistons?
