Yeah, The BTCC ones had some pretty serious acrhwork from the looks of things. Anybody had success with the road version?

I got 18x8 konigs, there is no problem with it at all...just make sure you got 215/35zr's so they will clear, might have to roll back fender alittle, all depends where you drop it... Also the ride is going to be a bit bumpy due to the small tires, buuut they look phat as hell.... I would go with 19's but i heard that that's just alittle too big for our cars ( maybe not for the rear, but plan on rolling back the fender a grip for the front...) Personally i'd stick with 16-17 for racing, and 18's for show and racing-although the 18's slow you down alittle bit (depends how heavy your rims are)

Thanx mang... :p anyhow i got 18x8's on all, i don't got different set of wheels though, though i had to roll back the fender alittle in the front so i wouldn't rub. but as for my next set, i'm planning to do the same thing but instead of 18x8 i'm hoping for 18x8.5, but the thing is, if i go with that size, im gonna have to cut the fenders an i sorta don't wanna do that, so i just might flare out the fenders alittle and keep the same size, just different rims is all..... I don't mind the 215/35 though, the only scary part is pot holes, so i gotta be really aware of roads that i'm not familiar with.... But i'm actually planning to get 215/40 next time for alittle more comfort and less headache from pot holes and curbs....

that song break your neck is about you lol u might brake it with that little rubber if you ever hit a serious pot hole but it looks off da hook super low profile too bad the streets are not one big race track all smooth everywhere then i really would put no rubber
i say go for it and cut wheel well unstead of the flares the flares look like umm i didnt want to pay the money to put a widebody kit on my car and i couldnt afford it so i got flares lol but it would be worth it tuck the bastard cut that wheel well and no problems
u could even do something nice like i was thinking maybe having a stainless stell polish look under the whell well so it dont look tacky the part thats cut out or maybe paint matching the wheel well so at a show you raise your car and its all painted and matched your silver color
but the problem your car is a daily driver thats part would get crazy dirty.
that suck u cant go all out but anyway i'm babbling again whatever you do it will probably look straight!
by the way even if you dont i'm cutting my fender so if you dont u'll still see the outcome regardless cuz i will post pics now that i know how lol

p.s. what do you think of that
Binno 970 wheel i first posted that 20 inch one its 6pm here in florida right i'll be back in about two hours gotta pick up my girl

Thanx G20TVC, that's pretty much what I though, The Superleggeras are the lightest non-magnesium/composite rims I can find, so all shoud be well on the weight front.

Id prefer 18's for racing and show. 18's would slow you a bit for racing, less torque, but only out of slow corners. You would get a higher top speed however, so its sort of a trade-off. They look way better than 16's or 17's for showing aswell.

Also, 18's would only be good for racing a real circuit, not for autoXing or things like that. Obviously a 16, or 17 inch wheel would be better for autoXing.

Im planning on putting 18's with a real ex-BTCC front splitter from a 97' Primera on my P10. Flaring the fenders will have to be what will need to be done, as its looks better then cutting them, and would resemble the 99' BTCC season cars when the flared fenders were introduced the series.

Super Touring is what gave the Primera its fame originaly, I think its only right for me, a Super Touring fan, to recognize this, and make a Super Touring replica with my P10. Idealy, I want my P10 to look like the Calsonic P10 from the JTCC series.

For those that want to know, the weights of the (titanium enriched) superleggeras are:
15" 5kg/11lbs (I can already see those 1/4 times dropping)
17" 7kg/15.4lbs
18" 8kg/17.6lbs (ohh baby!)

Anybody got any lighter suggestions (that I won't have to sell my house for?)

The application list has the Primera as being able to take the 18x7s so it should be a whole bunble of effort to get the 18x8s on.

Not sure if there is any difference, but i know that the p11(G20's) specific rim and tire measurement for a Perfect fit is:

Rims :18X7.5 forgot offset, 43? no, i don't remember that one
Tires :215/35R

There is no modifications necessary to fit on this set up, and i am pretty sure you can get maybe 215/40R or alittle more if your not planning drop you car alot. but even if you slamm your ride on the specified measurements above, you will not have any problems what so ever. Speakin from experience, that was my first set up... But if you plan on doing 18x8 plan on doing some fender roll back.....

Remember to get the correct thread for your new lugs nuts, or else you will do some major damage to your threads, i almost f*#ked them up, but luckily i caught it before i put them on....

To clear things up a little......

Uhh, you keep talking about 205/35/18's , but that tire size doesn't exist. I think you mean 215/35/18.

Sorry everyone, Radical G20 is right, there is no such size as 205/35, i really meant 215/35zr and i have already fixed all my posts so it reads the correct sizes... good catch radical, I did'nt even realize it till you pointed it out :D

CORRECT SIZES:

18X7.5 Rims 215/35ZR tires 40zr is ok too
