We recently had some inclement weather. I cleared my windshields and it was our first big cold of the year. Wipers worked fine. However, I noticed during the first rain afterwards that my driver's side wiper works fine but my passenger side wiper is not functioning. Any ideas? I have a few but wanted to check with any of you.

Odds are the splines on the wiper arm are stripped. Lift the plastic cap over the base of the arm and tighten the nut underneath. If it doesn't fix it, you need a new arm.
