What is the " banjo bolt " and what does it do ?

a banjo bolt is a bolt with a machine hole in it to allow fluid to pass through it. they are mainly used for engine oil lines and brake lines.

Ok got it, some of the " chip sets " come with it and some do not any thoughts on this ?
