Yeah, Zenki is the early model, Kouki the later model and there's a third for middle model, but I can't remember....

i think chuki is the 1991 - 1994 240sx (american) smooth bumper, and of course there was the kouki 180sx in japan which had different taillights and front bumper and spoiler

zenki s14 is 95-96 240sx
kouki s14 is 97-98 240sx
by themselves zenki an kouki dont mean car models. in japanese, zenki means a big change, or alot different, and kouki means little change, or a little different, hence the names. the 95-96 240s were zenki because they were alot diffenent from the s13's. and the 97-98 240s were koukis because of the small change (headlights and taillights) from the previous models. and i have no idea what chuki means

yea i think your chuki meaning is correct. on jspec.com they had chuki driving lights half amber half clear. They were 240sx style with the oval shape.
