Hi I am new here and someone told me some one here might be able to answer my problem. I have a 96 chevy lumina car and it will not even try to turn over. I have checked the starter and the battery and they are fine.can any one help please?

does it make any sound when you try to start it? click or anything? do you have power anywhere in the car?
