I have a 97 extended cab stepside z71 110,000 miles. I have 285/75/16 BFGs with torsion bars caranked about half way. Would these shocks help the ride at all?

I have a 97 extended cab stepside z71 110,000 miles. I have 285/75/16 BFGs with torsion bars caranked about half way. Would these shocks help the ride at all?

No idea about other brands, but the Bilsteins have a lifetime warrantee.
I don't know if the dealer will replace them, but I had an auto parts swap out 4 shocks for my other truck (69 Land Rover).
