Knock when putting truck into gear...

Hi, just wanted to see what causes the truck to knock when I put it into gear. I especially notice it when I put the truck in reverse and hit the gas. Is it a U-joint going out? Does something just need to be tightened? Thanks

Try greasing the fittings in the propellor shafts with lithium moly grease.
