88 legend getting fuel and spark, won't start

My 88 legend just got new fuel pump, is getting spark and fuel to fuel rail but will not start, fuses good, timing belt good, is there a sensor or code or something to reset the computer so it will start, help me, what can i do?

I am having almost the same problem. I was told the carb is flooded. I have to take it to a shop to get it fixed.
