Read somewhere that you can put Seafoam in the vaccum line from the brake booster to clean the top end. Can you???????

Yep... you sure can. Not only your brake booster vacuum line, but a few others as well will do the trick. I used a line directly below my PCV Valve (3.4L) You can use seafoam liquid, or GM top engine cleaner (liquid)(dealer item only) part# 1050002. Be sure and monitor how much cleaner you let your vacuum suck at once, you don't want your car to stall until the can is almost empty. If you car doesn't stall, just turn it off once the can is empty. Let your car sit for 2 hours, then start her up and get ready for the smoke show! :smokin: You'l get big billows of white smoke for at least 20 min. while the cleaner plus your carbon build-up is burned off.

:iagree: ....most definately on both of those. I've heard some say changing the plugs is not necessary after the process, but after I used the GM Top engine cleaner, my plugs were solid black. (The insulators were white before I started.)

Your oil will be contaiminated with the whats left of the product, plus any by-products of the burning process. I don't know what damage that could do, but just to be safe...
