I live in a very hill area in eastern PA. My 99 Tahoe vibrates going up hill after I release and re-apply the gas peddle. The rpm's are running around 2000 at time of vibration. Would would cause this problem.

Quite possibly the gears in the rearend or the u-joints, but i would lean towards the gears.
