Where do i start? I just replaced the head gasket, timing belt, plugs, wires and now when i start it up it runs great for about 10 min, until it gets up to temp it starts to misfire. it slowly got worst until my engine light came on. my compression is good, and there's no cylinder leakage and the timing is setup correctly but it's missing in one cylinder. when i hit the gas it just gets worse. i diden't catch the code, i turned the key off and then back on and the engine light was off. When i first installed the engine the car ran great i can't.
any suggestions?

even though the cel turned off after restarting the car, the ecu stored the code so it will still be on there.

definitely check the code. Once the engine light comes on, it is stored in your ecu till you reset it. Check the code.
If it is misfiring, it is 99% chance related to either plugs, wires, cap, rotor, bad dizzy.....meaining ignition related. The other .01% of the time it's a fuel problem like usually filter or injectors.
I've fixed cylinder misfire codes in newer civics and integras numerous times and 2 times it's been the plugs, 2 times the wires, and one time the distributor itself.
