DIY Isuzu Repair?

Hello everyone, I want to say right off the bat that I put Brake Fluid on the belts, and the squealing will not stop. And as far as taking it to a mechanic I have done that 4 times, to no avail.

*Original Problem: Radiator runs dry - no signs of leakage. Oil runs low (2 quarts = 4 days)

I assumed the oil was getting burned up because the radiator wasn't cooling the engine properly, so I proceeded to take Pickup to mechanic to check radiator problems. Seemingly got fixed, but belts (fan?) SQUEALED horribly, sounding like a wounded dog. Returned to mechanic, he "repaired" the squeal, and NOW the Radiator is emptying itself somehow AND the squealing is even worse.

I cannot continue to pay for repairs, so I am able to re-fill radiator and oil when needed, it's the squealing I HAVE to fix. Does anyone have any idea or links to somewhere that explains how to tighten belts for a 95 Isuzu Pickup?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
