maybe some1 can help me out. i notice slight jerk(loss of power) in second gear (maybe in other but i only notice it in 2nd) around 1900 rpms. sometimes also when i just start it after sitting overnight, my rpms normally go up to like 2K, but sometimes when it approaches that 1900 zone they dip and climb back up again. what could this loss of power? be? if anybody has an idea i will listen. (stock motor) thanks.

What does it feel like? does it feel like you took your foot off the gas? how do you get the power to come back? are you sure it doesn't do it in any other gears? and it doesn't do it at all once the engine is warm?

Try some fuel injector cleaner with a full tank of high octane gas.

exact same thing happens to me and ive been trying to figure it out for months. Have you had your timing belt changed lately? Some people have had trouble with the belt being off causing this problem.

i follow the service manual for maintance and car only has 55K on it so i doubt that the timing belt has anything to do with this. my guess is that it is electrical, because it happends at the same rpm. maybe, i dont know.
