E21 Rear swaybar boltadamchatum 12-13-2004, 12:28 AM Hey bimmernuts, I just took off the swaybar on my 320is parts car and the bolt that connects the bar to the lower controlling arm was rusted up pretty nice so I drilled it out. The problem is, I thought the bolt was just a normal bolt you can buy at the hardware store, but it turns out its a special bolt. About 5 1/2" with a 1" spacer in the middle of it. I tried some auto parts stores but can't find any to replace them. Anyone know what I'm talking about or know where I can find some new ones? You can buy the rubber bushings but not the bolt. What a pain!!! ANyway, if you have any hints or solutions, it'd be appreciated. CHeers. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
