Do NOT torque it down it will strip the oil pan. Just finger tighten it and then give a 3/8-1/2 turn SLOW AND CAREFULLY with a wrench. Size I believe is 14MM 6 point socket/open end wrench.

seems unusual there is no torque spec. myn honda is 33 ft-lbs but is a bigger bolt
anyone out there know the spec ??

If you followed the direction you would be set. If you torque the drain plug you will strip. I guess it is the where bouts of 30ftlbs but i don't think that is needed just hand tightening and finishing it off with the wrench will be sufficent.

I personally think 30lbs is too much it is a much smaller bold therefore i dont believe it would be a good idea.
I understand you are trying to help and i apprecate it but they make torque wrenches for a reason and also have torque specs in the service manual also.

im sure it does not say "Just finger tighten it and then give a 3/8-1/2 turn " in the service manual.
i have a service manual for my vehicle not this one and i thought if anyone out there has a camry with a manual they could just let me know what the spec is. I guess not

I thought i was asking a fairly simple question.

Please do not get me wrong I appreciate you trying to help but i just want the facts I have common sense and all but wanted to be correct not guessing at it looking for a #
