ok...i just sold my tacoma and bought a 04 lancer es. I wanted a evo...but with what i used my tacoma for my insurance was going to be sky high. so i settled for a es instead.....now im in a totally diffrent world then im used and have no idea how to go about modifying my lancer. I've look for aftermarket parts..but either im looking in the wrong places or they just don't make much yet. I have no clue what my engine size is....all i know is that my 17's fit ok... :wink: do they make ecu chips for my car....intakes????..headers????..im sure i could use just about any aftermarket exhaust with a matching inlet but im sure there are probably some that you guys prefer over others. im up for ideas on upgrading...i understand its probably not ever going to see 13's or even 14's in a 1/4...but i love my car and am just looking to be able to spice it up a little. any help is appreciated....

nice choice on the car, i've got the same year/model. what color did you get? just remember, aside from the wheels most everything else for the OZ edition will fit the ES. and the same for the evo interior. I have the RMR short ram intake (rmrproducts.com) and i love it. engine size is 2 liters. more sites to check out.

i think that its called titanium??....not sure....its a metallic gray color...i just bought some 17 rsl hyperblack mace wheels for it....they don't rub so far as i've noticed....i saw a ram intake hood on the rmr website....i thought that it and the ram air would be a decent mod....i was also thinking about buying a test pipe...but im not sure if i should or not....i don't want to have to crawl under the car any time i need to take it to the dealer. i wanted a evo...but my insurance was too much..so i grabbed a es instead...there are a few ralliarts and oz's around me...but none are modded...so i figured i'd do something a little differe :naughty: nt then buying one fixed up a little and start completely from scratch....
