CRX-Crooks 12-12-2004, 08:18 PM nice SiGNAL748 12-12-2004, 08:52 PM Tuck your wheels a bit, and you'll be set. :smokin: SubZeroII 12-12-2004, 09:04 PM Looks sick....looks like my tegra only with diff rims. QuikShifter 12-12-2004, 09:23 PM too black! j/k, looks clean but a drop would do it some good. K2sInteg98 12-12-2004, 11:17 PM they're 17x7, they raise the car up but the car will look sick if i lower it. kornflakes28546 12-13-2004, 09:16 AM my car has a 1.5'' drop (just for comparison) but i think i might drop it 2'' after seeing gsr916's teg. b18ls 12-13-2004, 09:56 AM Yep, it's an Integra... Miataracer 12-13-2004, 10:36 AM needs an altitude adjustment. =) RSX-S777 12-13-2004, 02:48 PM Nice. I agree with the drop comments. K2sInteg98 12-13-2004, 02:53 PM what do you guys recommed i get if i wanna drop it. Should i get coilovers or should i get lowering springs. I want a smooth ride and if i was to get springs i hurd its best to get new shocks also. What do u guys recommend is the cheapest, best way to drop it, springs with shocks or coilovers. also recommend some brands so i kno what to look for, remember, i dont want something thats going to be $1000, kinda on a low budget Mannyb18b 12-13-2004, 03:00 PM Ya, but gsr916's teg is Gay! :) :) kornflakes28546 12-13-2004, 03:46 PM tanabe makes some good coil overs, they're around 650 but i mean, you get what you pay for, if you have the money i defintely recommend getting new shocks... and mannyb18b... those smiley faces mean you're joking right??? whtteg 12-13-2004, 04:25 PM ....and mannyb18b... those smiley faces mean you're joking right??? I hope so. :sly: K2sInteg98 12-13-2004, 06:16 PM well i looked on ebay for some coilovers for the heck of it, and man they are cheap. im sure they're some crappy stuff but has anyone had any experience with them. They have like BOMZ racing coilovers and some generic brand for $40. But they look like slipon coilovers. They also have Skunk2 coilovers for $200, anyone have any experience with these, does anyone recommd them??, even tho u get what u pay for kevin85193 12-13-2004, 06:25 PM even tho u get what u pay for Do it right the first time. On generic coilovers you're going to have a HORRIBLE ride. gsr916 12-13-2004, 11:33 PM manny is not kidding ban him! jk, hes joking lol. i have stock shocks w/ ground control coilovers 2" drop exactly and i have a surprisingly smooth ride. My friend had some HKS springs on his eclipse and his ride was bumpy as hell. Ive heard good things about the eibach pro kit, but that is a lil less than 2" and they are just springs not coilovers. I dont necissarily think getting new shocks is an absolute must (the shops will tell you it is absolutely suggested). If you have money for shocks, go for it. K2sInteg98 03-07-2005, 09:21 PM hey sorry to bring back my old thread but i didnt want to make a new thread because i just wanted to post up updated pics of my car. After hearing everything telling me to get an altitude adjustment, i finally did. Here's some new pics (car was dirty when i took the pics) BEFORE http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE2MDMyNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTc4NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTgwNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTg4NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTg2NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg K2sInteg98 03-07-2005, 09:23 PM AFTER http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTcwNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTcxNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTcyNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTczNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTc5NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTc0NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE1OTg3NnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg whtteg 03-08-2005, 12:01 AM Looks much better. What did you finally go with for your setup? K2sInteg98 03-08-2005, 02:45 PM i went with the omnipower full sport coilovers. The spring rate is 10k/12k. The ride can be a little bumpy because of the springs are really stiff but its not bothersome. I also got the omnipower camber kit. I got a great deal on them, $600 for both the coilovers and camber kit and shim kit. Heres a pic of the coilovers and camber kit http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODE3MDkwNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3D.jpg kornflakes28546 03-08-2005, 04:03 PM looks very nice...how low is that? 2.5in? K2sInteg98 03-08-2005, 04:37 PM yea just about. Sounds kinda crazy but i did a 2" drop and i still had a lot of wheelgap so i dropped it more. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
