Hi my VW jetta jumps ( rocks ) at 3100 rpms and i am not sure what is wrong with it can you help please!:alien:

Jumps/rocks? Be more decriptive. If its an automatic, which im sure it is considering manuals rock if you dont know how to shift properly... then its a gear problem. 3100 maybe the stock shift from 1st to 2nd gear. Does it rock forward or backward or sideways.
