oil light resettommygfunk 12-10-2004, 08:47 PM how bo i reset the oil light on a 92 buick park ave? yogi_123rd 12-10-2004, 09:15 PM Hold the reset switch down for 5 seconds. On my '94 PA, the reset switch is located in the glove box off to a side. tommygfunk 12-10-2004, 09:23 PM thank you it worked tman 12-11-2004, 11:30 PM Is that where it's at in the 92's? In the 91's there is a button you have to use a thin object to push near the front passenger right side underdash. I figured it's the same for the 92's, as there were virtually no changes 91-92, for the exception of the L67 engine in the 92 Ultra. 92-93 saw more changes, so I inferred that the relocation of the switch was one of them. parkavenuechrome 12-13-2004, 03:13 PM Is that where it's at in the 92's? I think its the same on all the PA's from 91-96. tman 12-13-2004, 03:56 PM No, 1991 has a pushbutton you must use a pinty object to push under the dash. pirho451 12-13-2004, 04:42 PM My 1993 Park Avenue has the reset switch under the dash, like the previous models. The '94+ models had passenger airbags and therefore the glove box was in the lower dash. I guess GM thought it would be easiest to just put the switch in the glove box. parkavenuechrome 12-14-2004, 10:46 AM No, 1991 has a pushbutton you must use a pinty object to push under the dash. yea I know, I have a 91 PA Ultra.. I think when he said under the dash he meant the the same button were talking about.. So were all talking about the same button. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
