My 2003 1500 Sierra bounces rather severly on California concrete freeways. On asphalt it is very smooth, but, on concrete it is not. Is there a permanent fix?

My 2003 1500 Sierra bounces rather severly on California concrete freeways. On asphalt it is very smooth, but, on concrete it is not. Is there a permanent fix?

What you may be feeling is a frequency jounce caused by the timing of the expansion joints in the concrete roadway.
I have felt this also on my 02 extended cab...don't know of any fix other than not driving on those type of roads...easier said than done.
