TJ Sound Bar Wiring

My TJ does not have a sound bar, but I found a wire cluster with plastic connector tucked into the vertical roll bar padding (next to the driver seat).

Was wondering - is this the wiring for speakers / and or dome light?

Do they pre-wire all TJ's for sound bar wiring even if the sound bar is not ordered from factory?

It may be for the sound bar (standardized wiring makes good sense) or for the rear wiper you can get with hard top. Turn on your radio and hook a voltage meter to the connector, see if it has voltage (or trace the wire back to its beginnings).
