I having a problem with my car when I start driving my MPH needle doesn't work, and a little after 5 minutes of driving my D(drive) light starts flashing, and if I give it too much gas my check engine light comes on... Can someon please help

Take the poor bugger out and shoot it.

Seriously, go to Autozone and get them to pull the "check engine" code. As we've told more than one (actually DOZENS) posters here - "no code? no can help"
