D16z camshaft choices

i was wondering which camshaft give the most power for D16z
1.zex stage 2
2.crower stage 2 (for NA)
3.crane stage 1
4.gude stage 1
5.skunk stage 2
i have little knowldge about the lift and duration of the camshaft, i just want to go fast..please help

out of them the most agressive would make the most power now i'm pretty sure stage 2s will want new vavles etc for a good run.

how indepth are you planning to go with your car?
A mild cam like the crane would be great for a DD with lil more power while crowers stage 2 would want a bit comp and also net you more power but needs more gas and have a slight lope in idle *its sexy trust me*

thanks man..another question, compare crower 2 and zex 2..which one is more aggressive?...right now i got intake, header, catback...and i am also getting RTP chipped ecu along with the right camshaft..if you know a better performance ECU please suggess other options

there are numerous other options. i am not a fan of chipped ecu's. esp. ecu's that are not chipped for YOUR engine (as most of them are not) when you buy something like that you don't know what you will end up with. it might even take away power. if you want to mess with the computer do it right and get something else. hondata, or uberdata for example. something that can be tuned as your needs change

You're going to want a new valve train if you swap camshafts. I'd go for the Crower cams myself.
