Okay so call me a tool, but ive seriously been thinking about doing this after my car turns 12 second passes... Ive just always wanted a Ferrari, im heavily into exotics which is why i found interest in the MR2. I realize it would only be a kit, but it would be a kit car with some balls!

What do you think? Oppinions?

Kits, when done well can look very nice.
There are at least 2 Ferrari kitted MR2s that are done extremely well. They are in England ... I have a TV interview with the guy somewhere.

Just realize that if you get into the 12s and put a big (heavy) kit on the car ... you may go back into the 13s :D

the best one i've seen is actually in NZ, it's in a mag over here at the moment and from the outside it looks perfect, aparently even some 355 owners can't pick it.

i wouldn't do it though, i'd rather have a real MR2 than a pretend ferrari.
