My uncle is going to be moving back to poland and he wants to bring his SLK230 back with him from america

The problem is euro spec headlights are different and you're NOT ALLOWED to drive for more than 3 monthes with the American ones.

My uncle said the lights cost $4000 EACH and he obviously doesnt want to spend that much and get rid of his perfectly good ones.

I wanna know if its possible for Mercedes to switch them... He'd give them the old ones back and they'd give him the Euro spec ones. He said he doesnt care if they're used.

I'm thinking Mercedes would do something like this cause they honor their customers
