I'm in the middle of replacing my fuel pump in my Caravan.

Tank is dropped.
Wiring disconnected
Hoses off

The problem I'm having involves the rings used to secure the fuel pump to the fuel tank. I'm not sure if it's because of the insane amount of rust or what, but I can't get the rings to move. Any suggestions?
