Im pretty sure they had more than one 70 in the movie most movies have the star car and the crash car. I think the star car was the only car in that movie that had a private owner. I remember hearing something about the actors signing the movie cars and the owner of the charger refused to have some damn actor sign his car.
I think thats pretty damn funny if it's true.

They drive the car over a ramp that leads over a semi truck. Watch the extras on the DVD and you'll see. It's not on rails, it's not pulled along, it's driven.
