My 2001 Grand Caravan rear hatch will only open with the keyed remote and the internal rear hatch button. The manual latch will not operate and the dealership have worked on it with no luck. It doesn't make sense but they can't get it working and the vehicle is past warranty (120,000 km) so I don't want to spend alot of money to try to fix it there. They say it must be something electrical. (???)
