1990 XJ6 Problem hoping to find some answers

I am hoping that perhaps someone on here can help me out. I have a 1990 Jag XJ6 with a 4.0 fuel injected V6. The problem I am having is the car well picks its running days. I have checked the just about everything and when it runs it runs good without any problems at all. The onboard computer reads that a Fuse 1 is blown and I have checked all the fuses and none of them are out. So could this Fuse 1 cause the problem with the car with the running issues its having? I have checked just about everything else along the lines, and I believe its something electrical, just finding out how to go about fixing it. So if any of you can give me a hand with it I am all ears.
