I live up in Canada and have been bringing imports in up here for a while, so I figured the next logical step was to see what the demand was like in the U.S. Skylines obviously are the hottest commodity right now, so if theres anyone interested, let me know, I can get you whatever you want, within reason, of course.

Anyone of us Americans can get a Skyline shipped to us. The real problem is being able to afford conversion to make the Skyline street legal. So I wouldn't expect much, in any business from the US.

a five year old can get a skyline to the states, the problem is, do you have the $$$ to legalize it?

danpi3, i don't think you need to be concerned about the demand in USA since they can do it themselves but as these gentlemen have said, they have to worry about the legalization fees which costs a lot of money.
With time the skylines will gain more popularity in canada since the r32 has only been legal since may, so give it time and the demand will grow in canada without a doubt

i suggest if you want to start selling mass r32's like a dealership, then get working on your ads cuz you're gonna need a lot to get the word around thats for sure! if you want any help in distributing your ads give me a holler cuz i have a lot of contact around skyline forums in canada and such

good luck and start researching!

seeing as this is the US, i dont see what it has to do with anything.....

there are a few companys that are currently importing skylines into canada, but the newest model you guys can get is the 1989 r32 GTR. canadian laws restrict the importation of all vehicles unless they are 15 years or older (like the US's 25 year rule). they still run a pretty penny too. although still half the cost of Motorex, when buying a skyline in the US or Canada you need the $$ up front, you cant make payments on em. they are too much of a liability to lose.
