cheap turbo

Hey, so i've got a 1997 Civic EX and am looking for a way to get some more power without doing a full out engine swap, I'm finding these turbos on ebay for like 200 bucks, they aren't the stupid electric turbos which do nothing, they are real used turbos. I will provide some links:

and there are others. So anyways im wondering if they will fit or even work in a stock 4cyl engine, also if it will fit, what other parts do i need to properly assemble it, is an intercooler essential? what about blow off valves, manual boost controller etc. how much do you think it will cost to set this up and is it worth it? Thanks any input would be sweet.
