My wife parked the family car (95 Dodge Grand Caravan) white in color by the way, too close to the water sprinklers and down here in Florida I heard they use well water to water the lawn. Now the car is nastly stained with this rusty colored haze (not sure what it is or what it's called) all over the front end. I've washed the car twice to try and remove the stuff to no avail. I went to WalMart looking for some thing to polish it off, but all the products waxes and polish products claim to remove swirls and renew the finish, but none specified about this kind of damage.
Does anybody know what could be done to remove this stuff?

A good polishing wax should get that stuff off. I see all kinds of stuff like that since I work at a carwash.
You dont want to use a rubbing compound, that wil be too course for what you are tryin to remove. Get a polishing compound use a buffer. (you can do it by hand but it will take forever) After that you should apply a coat of wax by hand about once a month to help protect from things like this happening again.
