has anyone instaled aftermarket gauges in a 99 2.2? i am wanting to install a gauge pod, with a tach. and water temp gauge... my question is where to run the tach. green wire to? i know it can be done to the ecu, but i would rather avoid that if can be.. and does anyone know if there is a plug in the block anywhere for a what would be a third temp sensor? t

Will this work in a 96 as well? Cause I have an RS-Type 4 in one 5 inch tach w/ shiftlight that I am trying to install. Everyone on JBody.org has said that I need an RK Sport tach adaptor, however I have also been told that the adaptor has a mind of it's own, and works when it wants to. I have been told to buy a tach with a two cyllinder setting, and that will work, but I really like the 4 in one design of the RS-Type. If this direct wiring to the ecm wil work for a 96, that would be great, at this point I will try anything. Thanks
