I don't have a 6.0, but I do have one on my 5.3 and would recommend it to anyone. It helped acceleration, throttle response, and mileage.

i had one on my old 6.0, loved it and would do it again. might i also add get that restrictive muffler off of their. put some dual flows on. sounds great. there was about a 4-6 mileage increase, huge increase in throttle response

na i say save your cash !and just buy the filter and modifiy the air box .go to sshotrod.com show's you how to modify it , i did my 5.3 and could feel a huge diff in sound and throttle responce. you have to cut the void box off the air intake tube this thing just is to slow the incoming air and to silence it i cut mine off and capped it work's great! wait a second i just tried to google it and i cant find sshotrod i'll look in my favorites at home and get back to you with the link
